Headwaters - State & Local Organizations

Headwaters has created several Access databases for state and local organizations in California. While each solution is unique, some common elements of these programs include a membership database, mailing label features, membership reports, billing, and payment screens.

• California Cattlemen's Association
The CCA is a cattle industry advocacy group located in Sacramento, California. They hired Headwaters to replace their aging membership database with a new single-entry Access database system. The new system is much more efficient and user-friendly.

• Tahoe Lakefront Owners Association
TLOA contracted with Headwaters to create a membership database. TLOA's Access database contains all member contact information and payment history. The databases produces all billing materials and prints various types of membership reports.
