LodgeRunner is a reservations management software package designed for fishing and hunting lodges. The program was created using Microsoft Access. Although this package has been designed to fit the needs of many different types of customers, it began as a custom-designed package for Clearwater House on Hat Creek, a fly fishing lodge in northern California. The program records bookings, prints confirmation letters and guest statements, and keeps inventory for their tackle shop. Reports include person-days, enrollment in various programs, taxes collected, mailing lists, and complete revenue tracking. All correspondence, including confirmation letters and guest statements, is produced in Microsoft Word and can be printed or emailed through Microsoft Outlook.
