Headwaters - Fishing Lodges & Outfitters

Headwaters has a full line of services tailored to fishing lodges and outfitters. First and foremost is LodgeRunner.com, a web-based reservation managment program. LodgeRunner allows lodges and guides to enter reservations, create and send client correspondence, schedule guided trips, and take payment by credit card. Optionally, lodges can use LodgeRunner to display availability of rooms, guides, and scheduled programs like schools and clinics. We also offer a service called Fish-pix.com. Fish-pix allows users to post fishing reports to their website. It also allows you to embed streamflow charts into your own website, create and manage photo galleries, display availability, and accept payments by credit card. • Silver Creek Outfitters, Sun Valley, Idaho
Silver Creek Outfitters uses LodgeRunner primarily to schedule their large guide staff. SCO has dozens of guides and LodgeRunner helps shop staff assign guides to each party. Guides have a separate log-in that allows them to view their schedules and trip information.

• Clearwater Lodge, northern California
Clearwater Lodge uses LodgeRunner to enter all of their reservations and to assign rooms and guides to each party. LodgeRunner also helps them track their fly shop inventory.

• Confluence Outfitters, northern California
Confluence Outfitters uses LodgeRunner to enter all reservations and assign guides to each party. They also utilize LodgeRunner's online booking and credit card payment features so clients can book guided trips directly from the Confluence Outfitters website. The guides are automatically notified by email and text message when they receive a booking.
